What data we collect

Contact details you submit through the contact form (full name, email, phone, your message and the topic of your interest).

Technical browsing data necessary for the secure operation of the site (e.g. IP address in server logs).

Data related to the TradingView index widget — only if you have given your consent in the cookie box (see Cookie Policy).

Aggregate traffic statistics through Vercel Web Analytics. The service runs without cookies and without any identifier on your device, and does not allow you to be identified.

Purposes and legal basis

Responding to your enquiries and preparing a possible engagement — basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Security and proper operation of the site — basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Measuring traffic at an aggregate level so we can improve the content — basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may object to this processing by contacting us.

Displaying the TradingView index widget — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. towards the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece) — basis: our legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Recipients and processors

Website hosting: Vercel Inc. (hosting and content delivery network).

Contact form processing: Web3Forms (Backpine LLC), which forwards your messages to our email. The provider does not permanently store the message content.

TradingView, if you have accepted functional cookies.

Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Google Analytics), if you have accepted analytics cookies. Your IP address is anonymised and we do not use the data for advertising targeting.

Some providers are located outside the EEA; in those cases the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if an engagement follows, for as long as the relevant legislation requires; otherwise it is deleted within a reasonable time.

Technical server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider, solely for security and operational purposes.

Your cookie choice is stored locally on your device for six months. After that period you are asked again.

Automated decision-making

We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The calculators on this site are informational, run on your own device, and the figures you enter are never sent to us.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
